I come from Poland. I have been living in Switzerland for a year now<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I work as an MTRA in Bern, where I also live. In addition to Polish, I also speak English and German. And I'm always trying to improve my language skills and learn new languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What kind of training did you receive in your home country?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I completed a three-year Bachelor's degree in Radiology and a two-year Master's degree in Public Health. Both in Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What kind of work ethic are you used to? Do you recognize differences and\/or similarities with working in Switzerland?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Healthcare in my country is different from that in Switzerland. Of course, this is just my opinion, but I have worked in both countries and can compare them. In Poland, many patients wait months for examinations, and healthcare facilities are overcrowded with patients. Unfortunately, the patient can no longer be put first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just like here in Switzerland, there are also private clinics in Poland that offer immediate appointments and appropriate treatment for patients. But unfortunately, most people in Poland cannot afford this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The teams I worked in were made up of young and energetic people who were all highly motivated and ambitious, but unfortunately the desire for development was often overshadowed by a constant rush.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My name is Katarzyna Zareba.
