I come from Slovenia, where I trained as a nurse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I had been in Switzerland for eight years before my training and came back last year after graduating. Since June of this year, I have been working as a nurse in a health resort (rehabilitation). My mother tongues are Slovenian and Serbian, but I speak German just as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What education did you do in your home country?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I completed a bachelor's degree in nursing. The course lasted three years and has 180 points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What kind of work ethic are you used to in your home country?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In Slovenia, I worked as a student in a hospital during my training. As a student there, you have to fight to be respected. As I was always motivated, I never had any major problems with the other staff. However, I often experienced how disrespectfully the students were treated. The team spirit was also very poor in many departments. Instead of working together, people very often worked against each other. And that's exactly what's different in Switzerland. The team supports each other, people are respectful towards each other and new ideas are usually accepted.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My name is Marina Sedlarevic.
