She had already worked with Swiss HRmed and had had good experiences.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What made you decide to work with Swiss HRmed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>So, the above-mentioned good recommendation and the first discussions with the CEO of Swiss HRmed, Ms. Brigit Friedrich, persuaded me to work with Swiss HRmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How did the collaboration go?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The collaboration was uncomplicated and transparent. Communication with Brigit is always honest, supportive and fair. She does what she says and is always willing to think along with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What changes has the collaboration with Swiss HRmed brought for you and your team?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The biggest change is stability. Fluctuation brings many challenges to a team. Teams can be stabilized and developed from successful recruitments. We have been able to recruit various competent nursing staff via Swiss HRmed, which has eased the work pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What recommendations do you have for other healthcare institutions that are interested in working with Swiss HRmed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In any case, contact the CEO Brigit.
