I've settled in well in Switzerland. I've been working in a pharmacy in Biberist for three weeks and live in Solothurn. The area here is beautiful and I really enjoy the nature and the peace and quiet. It's a big difference to what I'm used to in Poland, but I feel at home here.

How was your start in Switzerland?

The beginning was not easy. The move was a big challenge, especially because I had to leave my friends and family behind. That really affected me emotionally. The language barrier was also a hurdle, especially in the first few days. But I have to say that the team at the pharmacy is incredibly friendly and helpful. They supported me right from the start and made me feel welcome. That really helped me to settle in more quickly.

What does the coming period look like in professional and personal terms?

Professionally, I will be starting my FPH specialization in a few months. I'm really looking forward to it, as it's an important step for my career in Switzerland. Privately, I want to get to know Switzerland even better. The landscape here is breathtaking and I plan to spend a lot of time in the mountains - whether it's hiking or cycling. I also want to explore the different regions and cities to learn more about the country's culture and history.

I have settled in well in Switzerland.
