Elle avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 travaill\u00e9 avec Swiss HRmed et avait fait de bonnes exp\u00e9riences.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu'est-ce qui vous a incit\u00e9 \u00e0 collaborer avec Swiss HRmed ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc, la bonne recommandation mentionn\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment et les premiers entretiens avec la CEO de Swiss HRmed, Madame Brigit Friedrich, m'ont incit\u00e9 \u00e0 collaborer avec Swiss HRmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e la coop\u00e9ration ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La collaboration s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re simple et transparente. La communication avec Brigit est toujours honn\u00eate, encourageante et juste. Elle fait ce qu'elle dit et est toujours pr\u00eate \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels changements la collaboration avec Swiss HRmed a-t-elle apport\u00e9s pour vous et votre \u00e9quipe ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plus grand changement est : la stabilit\u00e9. Le turnover apporte beaucoup de d\u00e9fis \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe. Des recrutements r\u00e9ussis permettent de stabiliser et de d\u00e9velopper les \u00e9quipes. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Swiss HRmed, nous avons pu recruter du personnel soignant comp\u00e9tent et vari\u00e9, ce qui a permis d'all\u00e9ger la pression du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelles sont vos recommandations pour d'autres institutions de sant\u00e9 qui seraient int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par une collaboration avec Swiss HRmed ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans tous les cas, prendre contact avec la CEO Brigit.
