I can highly recommend the collaboration. Openness and transparency. A give and take. Always with the focus that we all want to have the right people in the right place

My name is Nicole Dette, and I am from Germany. In addition to my native language, German, I also speak English.
I completed my training with a dual study program in Frankfurt for three years. Today, I work in Switzerland as a certified radiographer.
For me, the biggest differences are the flatter hierarchies and the much more pleasant tone of communication here. Everyone is pursuing the same goal: to provide the best possible care for patients and to support them on their road to recovery. You work as a team – regardless of whether you have a university degree or completed vocational training. I really value this collegial cooperation.
I am very conscientious and eager to learn. This motivates me to continuously develop myself – which ultimately also benefits the patients. Furthermore, I place great importance on clear and appreciative communication, which makes collaboration easier for everyone.
Brigit from Swiss HRmed very precisely found the right hospital for me based on my wishes – and it was a perfect fit right away. Without this support, I wouldn't have gotten as far professionally as I had hoped.
For one thing, significantly more legal certainty regarding my competencies. In Germany, these are often regulated inconsistently, so one cannot always apply everything that has been learned. In Switzerland, for example, I am allowed to establish venous access and independently perform many other tasks. My competencies are clearly defined and correspond much better to my training.

I was welcomed very warmly. They took the time to explain everything to me and train me. The atmosphere was open and pleasant from the beginning.
I want to continuously develop professionally. Looking ahead, I can well imagine working as a teacher in addition to my role in the hospital and with patients.

I can highly recommend the collaboration. Openness and transparency. A give and take. Always with the focus that we all want to have the right people in the right place

Working in such a multicultural country makes it possible to get to know different nations - their languages, mentalities and ways of communicating. It is very inspiring.

Swiss HRmed's contribution to my emigration to Switzerland was very great, so I came to Switzerland without fear and felt completely looked after.
