At SwissHRmed, we focus on personal support and open communication. We believe in honest, transparent collaboration where we empower each other and grow together. Each team member brings unique expertise and commitment, creating sustainable and valuable collaborations for both healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations.
As a CEO and entrepreneur with many years of experience in the healthcare industry, both in Switzerland and internationally, I am able to offer support and tailor-made solutions for all HR requirements in the healthcare sector. I work closely with healthcare institutions to identify individual needs and implement them together in a personalized and sustainable way. My aim is to develop effective strategies that not only meet current requirements, but also contribute to improving working conditions and the quality of care in the long term.
In my responsibility for the recruitment of healthcare professionals from the Netherlands, I support clients throughout the entire process from A to Z, in particular with the integration and recognition of diplomas by the Swiss authorities. Thanks to my personal experience - I went through this process myself a few years ago as a qualified nurse and am still actively involved in nursing - I am able to provide clients with authentic support and show them the best way forward. This combination of professional expertise and personal understanding enables me to tackle individual challenges in a targeted manner and offer effective solutions.
In my role as a transition coach, I use my experience as a psychologist to support our healthcare institutions in attracting and retaining satisfied, qualified and long-term employees. I combine this activity with my career as a soccer player in the AXA Women's Super League. I can incorporate the knowledge and experience I have gained in the areas of team dynamics and motivation directly into my tasks. This enables me to develop effective strategies to support clients in their transition and promote their integration into new teams.
In addition to completing my Master's degree in Psychology, I work as a transition coach to help medical professionals make a smooth transition to their new employer. I combine this activity with my career as a soccer player in the AXA Women's Super League, which allows me to gain valuable insights into teamwork and personal development. This experience informs my work and helps me to better understand the needs and challenges of my clients and provide them with targeted support.

Recruitment

Swiss HRmed does not perform recruiting itself, but is in close contact and communication with specialised partner agencies, most of which are based abroad. A specialised partner agency of this kind contacts us and sends us a dossier on a healthcare professional who is looking for a new employment opportunity in the Swiss healthcare sector.

Review

After reviewing the file, we will personally contact the person seeking employment and discuss their individual concerns, wishes and the general circumstances in order to find the best new job for them within the Swiss healthcare system. We are very aware of what is important to those relocating to Switzerland. We build close, personal contact with our clients and always focus on the overall work-life balance, which may also include the needs of family members.

Evaluate

Our large network in the healthcare industry and our corresponding expertise enables us to evaluate suitable job offers and then discuss them personally with the person seeking employment. When positions are found in which the person seeking employment is interested, we will then put them in contact with the employer.

Contract signing

We support our stakeholders comprehensively and are available to everyone, even after a contract has been entered into successfully. Sustainable, long-term placement of staff is our ultimate goal. With this in mind, our clients can continue to come to us with any type of concern, whether professional or private.
