In Switzerland, we are experiencing an impressive development: women are showing top performance on the football pitch as well as in the healthcare sector on a daily basis. At Swiss HRmed, we are proud to support these strong women, whether in their careers or in sport. We are committed to ensuring that women in the healthcare sector can develop their talents in the best possible way, just like in women's football.
Congratulations to our employee Leana "Lele" Zaugg and the entire YB women's team on winning the Swiss championship. What a season, what a team, and what strong women!
These strong women embody exactly what we promote and live at Swiss HRmed: Passion, discipline and team spirit, both in sport and in professional life. In addition to their sporting ambition, many of them also give their all in their day-to-day work, with competence, perseverance and a strong sense of responsibility. A combination that impresses and inspires.

During our workshop with the Department of Radiology at Inselspital Bern, it became clear that there are many parallels between women's football and healthcare professions. In both areas, precise communication, dealing with pressure situations and blind trust in the team play a central role.
It was emphasized how important it is, especially in the medical field, to remain calm under pressure and work together as a team: "In the hospital, as on the football pitch, we are only strong together. Communication is the key, whether it's handovers during shift changes or match tactics."
This workshop not only strengthens the understanding of the requirements in both areas, but also shows how women can shine in various fields with their passion, discipline and ability to work in a team. For Swiss HRmed, this connection is an important inspiration to promote women in sport and work and to show them new perspectives.
Another highlight for women's football in Switzerland is the UEFA Women's EURO 2025, which is currently taking place here in Switzerland. We are following the tournament with great interest and wish all the players every success and unforgettable moments. This event will not only celebrate the sport, but also send a strong signal for the visibility and appreciation of women, in football and beyond.

I would like to thank Swiss HRmed for the great cooperation. Your patience, your motivation and your humanity were a great support to me.

Swiss HRmed not only helped me (and with great success) to find a new job in Switzerland. They went far beyond the call of duty: They were always there to support and help me when I needed it.
