Without Brigit, I would probably still be in the same place. She helped me get my diploma recognized and also helped me find a new job as a nurse.

I work as an MTRA in Bern, where I also live. In addition to Polish, I also speak English and German. And I'm always trying to improve my language skills and learn new languages.
I completed a three-year Bachelor's degree in Radiology and a two-year Master's degree in Public Health. Both in Poland.
Healthcare in my country is different from that in Switzerland. Of course, this is just my opinion, but I have worked in both countries and can compare them. In Poland, many patients wait months for examinations, and healthcare facilities are overcrowded with patients. Unfortunately, the patient can no longer be put first.
Just like here in Switzerland, there are also private clinics in Poland that offer immediate appointments and appropriate treatment for patients. But unfortunately, most people in Poland cannot afford this.
The teams I worked in were made up of young and energetic people who were all highly motivated and ambitious, but unfortunately the desire for development was often overshadowed by a constant rush.
I would describe myself as someone who is committed to my work, my patients and my colleagues and who is always committed to both the team and the patients.
Swiss HRmed made a huge contribution to my emigration to Switzerland. Swiss HRmed was the direct access to my future employer in Switzerland. Brigit was available the whole time and surrounded me with good advice and support right from the start. She also visited and accompanied me on my work shadowing days. I came to Switzerland without fear and felt completely looked after.
Above all, working in Switzerland gives me more free time, which is very important. I work a lot less, but can maintain my standard of living, which suits me very well. The team I work in has taught me many new skills. Because I work at the university hospital every day, I have the opportunity to learn new things all the time.
Despite many prejudices against the reserved Swiss, I received a very warm welcome and was accepted into the team. At the beginning I was unfortunately limited by the language, which also made interpersonal contact difficult, but everyone was very open and helpful right from the start. And they still are!
So far, I'm not thinking about returning to Poland. I feel very comfortable here, surrounded by great people and beautiful nature. As for the near future, my main goal is to learn the German language even better.
Without Brigit, I would probably still be in the same place. She helped me get my diploma recognized and also helped me find a new job as a nurse.
I am overjoyed with all the help that Swiss HRmed has provided for me. They guided me through every step of the immigration process.
Swiss HRmed not only helped me (and with great success) to find a new job in Switzerland. They went far beyond the call of duty: They were always there to support and help me when I needed it.
