I wish I had found a program like this a few years ago, because it's easier to learn a language from scratch.
Meritxell

I had been in Switzerland for eight years before my training and came back last year after graduating. Since June of this year, I have been working as a nurse in a health resort (rehabilitation). My mother tongues are Slovenian and Serbian, but I speak German just as well.
I completed a bachelor's degree in nursing. The course lasted three years and has 180 points.
In Slovenia, I worked as a student in a hospital during my training. As a student there, you have to fight to be respected. As I was always motivated, I never had any major problems with the other staff. However, I often experienced how disrespectfully the students were treated. The team spirit was also very poor in many departments. Instead of working together, people very often worked against each other. And that's exactly what's different in Switzerland. The team supports each other, people are respectful towards each other and new ideas are usually accepted.
During my training, I realized above all that I have the courage to try out new things. I have a „Hands-on„ Mentality. I rarely say: "I can't do that, I can't manage that". I can handle stressful situations well.
When I came back to Switzerland after my training, I worked as a nursing assistant. Without Brigit, I would probably still be in the same place. She helped me to get my diploma recognized and also to find a new job as a nursing assistant. Through her, I was motivated to start the recognition process. I think it's a bit more difficult for foreigners until we can work in our profession in Switzerland. With Brigit's help, the path was more pleasant for me. A thousand thanks, Brigit, for your help, without you everything would be much more complicated. Thank you for always making time for me and answering all my questions.
Working in Switzerland has brought me many benefits. Firstly, I was able to develop my language skills. I have become much more precise and have always been able to express my ideas well. What I really appreciate in Switzerland is that all employees are respected, no matter what position they work in.
I felt very much at home in Switzerland right from the start. As I am a very communicative person, I was always able to integrate very quickly.
I have achieved my goals so far. I have a great job that I feel very good about. In the future, I will definitely do further training and perfect myself in my job.

Swiss HRmed not only helped me (and with great success) to find a new job in Switzerland. They went far beyond the call of duty: They were always there to support and help me when I needed it.
Swiss HRmed helped me a lot with my job search. The team is professional, friendly and efficient. They have good contacts with hospitals and with their help I quickly found a job. I can highly recommend Swiss HRmed.
