Working in such a multicultural country makes it possible to get to know different nations - their languages, mentalities and ways of communicating. It is very inspiring.

My name is André Peters and I manage the specialized care department at Hirslanden Clinic in Bern. In this role, I am responsible for the monitoring units outside the operating room. I carry out this task together with four department heads.
I have known Swiss HRmed for many years. I first got to know the company about ten years ago in my former role as head of department at Inselspital.
Swiss HRmed offers me an absolutely reputable partnership. Through this channel, I have found nursing specialists who have fit perfectly into our company and continue to do so. I particularly appreciate the ability to tailor the suitability profiles of potential employees in a very differentiated and individual manner with Swiss HRmed.
The collaboration has always been and continues to be smooth and very human. I find Swiss HRmed's dossiers to be very authentic and professionally prepared for the applicants. Additionally, the assessments are extremely informative. Swiss HRmed gets a precise picture of the requirement profiles of our vacancies on-site and actively supports new skilled workers in integrating into a new region. This has a significant impact on long-term professional success and employee satisfaction.
We benefit today from a grown, very close partnership. This has led to a trusting collaboration in which we can learn from each other and develop further in a solution-oriented manner. This good relationship with specialized care and mutual trust also create space for new impulses and ways of thinking.

Every institution has specific criteria that are crucial for the workforce and operational development – from regional ties to technical expertise and personal convictions. I recommend clearly integrating these diverse aspects into the requirement profiles. This will give Swiss HRmed a precise objective for personnel search, significantly increasing the success of placement.

I wish I had found a program like this a few years ago, because it's easier to learn a language from scratch.

Even after more than 6 years, almost every weekend feels like a mini-vacation! This is due to the many attractive (outdoor) activities you can do here and the beautiful surroundings. It never gets boring!
