I was very worried about how I would start my life here in Switzerland, but I must honestly say that I received a very warm welcome from everyone. First and foremost by Swiss HRmed, who really gave me a sense of security.

The work environment can be flexible, with a focus on achieving results rather than strictly adhering to rigid schedules. This flexibility can also extend to working hours, with start and finish times varying. This adaptability allows me to integrate well into different working environments and work efficiently.

I also appreciate the focus on innovative practices and proven solutions that have contributed to the development of my professional skills.
SwissHRmed also makes an important contribution to professional discourse in the healthcare sector and keeps healthcare professionals up to date on current trends and developments (thought leadership).

The innovative work culture motivates employees to contribute their own ideas and actively participate in improvement processes.
In Switzerland, the role of the pharmacist is generally held in high regard and considered important for the healthcare system. Pharmacists are perceived as an important part of the healthcare system. Not only in the dispensing of medicines, but also in patient counseling, therapy support and health prevention. I experienced this appreciation very positively right from the start.
As a pharmacist in Switzerland, I have probably had many positive experiences and developments that have shaped my professional and personal outlook. I would like to further deepen my professional skills, expand my direct patient contact and continue my education. In the long term, I am aiming for sustainable professional development, combined with professional recognition and an active contribution to society and the Swiss healthcare system.

I was very worried about how I would start my life here in Switzerland, but I must honestly say that I received a very warm welcome from everyone. First and foremost by Swiss HRmed, who really gave me a sense of security.

What I appreciate about Swiss HRmed is the personal, friendly and trust-based support. The fact that Brigit knows both our profession and our clinic from her own experience makes the difference for me.

I can highly recommend the collaboration. Openness and transparency. A give and take. Always with the focus that we all want to have the right people in the right place
