Working in such a multicultural country makes it possible to get to know different nations - their languages, mentalities and ways of communicating. It is very inspiring.

Workshop presented by: Ms. Imke Wübbenhorst, Head Coach of YB Women
Location: Wankdorf stadium
In sport, as in business, long-term goals and success are important. However, in football, as in business, the ball does not always roll smoothly - challenging situations and crises must be overcome. In sport, it can be observed time and again that teams emerge stronger from challenging times and find their way back to success with concentration and perseverance. We in business can learn a great deal from this strength in sport.
In the healthcare sector, we are exposed to financial and personnel challenges that place great demands on team resilience. It is well known from sport that new strength and valuable positive impetus arise in times when the ball is not rolling. In such times, it is important to recognize the opportunities in the challenges as a team and to develop the ability to face today's dynamic working world in a relaxed, motivated and innovative way with increased optimism and a new zest for the game. And most importantly - to strengthen and cultivate humor and team spirit.
The 2 hours passed like an exciting, rousing football match. The great atmosphere at the Wankdorfstation and the very warm welcome at YB had our team looking forward to the workshop with Imke. It was Imke who set off the fireworks from the very first minute and was able to inspire us with her communicative, direct enthusiasm as a moderator and coach. We all would have loved to have gone into injury time of the workshop with Imke, even into the penalty shoot-out. We were fascinated by her motivation and clarity in getting to the heart of the issues.
Absolutely surpassed.
Passion, optimism, fun, directness, willpower, motivation and learning from defeat are the keys to success. And you can definitely achieve more as a collective.
As a team, we are better able to focus on the strengths of the individual team members after the workshop. As managers, we are also better able to identify opportunities and fields of action in challenges and make positive use of them. We are supported in this by goal setting using the SMART method, as well as the Circle of Influence according to S. Covey. And with fun, enthusiasm and strengthened resilience, everything is easier. Imke showed us this in an impressive way.

Even after more than 6 years, almost every weekend feels like a mini-vacation! This is due to the many attractive (outdoor) activities you can do here and the beautiful surroundings. It never gets boring!
Without Brigit, I would probably still be in the same place. She helped me get my diploma recognized and also helped me find a new job as a nurse.
